Vincent F. Elliott is the founder and current President and CEO of Elliott Affiliates, Ltd. and The chemical Free Cleaning Network of Baltimore, Maryland. Vince is marking his fourth decade as a consultant and advisor to the cleaning industry which he has served since 1973. He is widely recognized in the industry as the leading authority in the field of performance-based cleaning: The science of the design and utilization of management techniques to establish continuous improvement systems for cleaning and facilities outsourcing. Vince has written, modified or updated over 530 performance-based building service contracts with an estimated market value of over a quarter of a billion dollars in contracted services.

He has published over 350 industry magazine and ezine articles.  He has published nearly a dozen eBooks and is the author of the Extreme Green Cleaning book, highlighting toxic-free, chemical free cleaning strategies in the commercial environment.  Vince is also a regular featured columnist in a leading industry magazine.

Vince is a member of the Association for Quality and Participation (AQP); the American Society for Quality (ASQ), where he is a past chairman of the Facilities Management Quality Control Committee; and a Charter Member of the Cleaning Management Institute (CMI). He is also a member of the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA), the Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA), CoreNet Global, International Sanitary Supply Association (ISSA), and (NCMA) National Contract Management Association. Vince is the Chair of the Measurement Assistance Program for the Integrated Cleaning & Measurement group (ICM), open-source platform; a system in which “best practice” is defined by scientific measurement of cleaning outcomes. Vince has also been the recipient of a number of awards and commendations, including the prestigious Apgar Award for Excellence by the National Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives (NACORE) and Cleaning Management Magazine’s “Outstanding Service Award”.

Vince Elliott has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Towson University and a Master of Health Sciences degree from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore. Vince is also a past Professor at a leading Maryland University, teaching service management strategies. He lives in suburban Baltimore with his wife Mary.
