The audit will evaluate and document the current system of cleaning at the NOVA Southeastern campuses and compare it to industry standards for the following key performance indicators:

The study report provides the objective feedback necessary to support internal decision-making to reward, improve, or replace the current system of cleaning service delivery. It will also help the current janitorial provider understand which processes to change to improve their performance.
