The Elliott Performance Assessment and Improvement System (PAIS) has been used for over 30 years by companies who want data, innovation and constant process improvement to drive their management strategies.
Our 3rd-party, unbiased inspection process gathers information on the results of the cleaning program on a regular basis, generally monthly. Unlike any other in the industry, PAIS audits from a customer, building occupant, owner or manager’s perspective, rather than from a custodial service perspective as most other inspection programs do. In this way, it measures the RESULTS of the cleaning process, quantitatively, as a whole, not the cleaning systems and procedures in-process as many inspection systems do.

Based on a detailed, statistical analysis of the root-cause of service failures, we help your team create an action plan for improvement.
