If you were asked “How are your cleaning services doing?” how would you answer? The answer is often “Well, we don’t get too many complaints, and I guess the buildings look OK, so I guess we’re doing pretty good.” That doesn’t sound like the best way to manage a department that is generally the largest component of your budget, and is often in the millions of dollars a year, does it?
