The Nova Southeastern University (NSU) has retained Elliott Affiliates, Ltd to develop and coordinate a Least Harmful (Toxic-Free, Chemical-Free), Performance-Based outsourcing of cleaning for its four state-wide campuses.  NSU has a system-wide of about 4.7 million square feet of space, to be included under this contract.
