BASF Building Management Superior Leadership
Mr. Martin Schmitt, Manager of Facility Customer Service, has allowed the cleaning services to develop "World Class" quality under his stewardship. By using a performance-based contract, Mr. Schmitt has found that directing the cleaning department takes less of his time and he is able to direct his attention to other matters in managing his building.
