Drawing on the work of Dr. W. Edwards Deming, Joseph Juran, Phil Crosby, Yoji Akao and others, Vince has integrated the methodology of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award process into a powerful strategy for cleaning systems management. He is a member of the Association for Quality and Participation (AQP), the American Society for Quality Control (ASQC), is former chairman of ASQC's Facilities Management Quality Control Committee, and a charter member of the Cleaning Management Institute (CMI). Vince is also a member of the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA) and the Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA).
Vince is a frequent speaker for both in-house events and public conferences and has been the recipient of a number of awards and commendations, including the Cleaning Management Magazine "Outstanding Service Award". Vince is also a member of the National Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives (NACORE) and the 1998 winner of its prestigious Apgar Award for Excellence, for his article about Outsourcing.
He has provided training, third-party measurement, consulting and cleaning contract specification/bidding services to Fortune 500 companies in their pursuit of outsourcing world-class cleaning quality.
