How do we know? Our experience tells us so. We've audited and managed performance-based cleaning for more that 22 years throughout the US. During 1994 alone, we helped our clients outsource performance-based cleaning contracts for nearly 43 million square feet of space. For 1995, we are outsourcing each month an additional 5 million new square feet. As a result, we are responsible for performance auditing of more than 3200 buildings each month. Simply put, we know performance when we see it and when we don't. And, on those special occassions when we see exceptional performance, we say so!
