2007: Case Studies in Performance-Based Contracts
The following Case Studies highlight our experience in a variety of facilities. In our over 30 years of experience we have been able to create a recognized Best in Class approach to hiring and managing service contractors. We are pioneers in the development and implementation of Performance-Based contracts for cleaning services, having created our first contract of this type in 1973. Since then, we have created, modified, and critiqued nearly 500 Performance-Based contracts for cleaning.
